About the product
Good to know
Creamy in the jar
A thick, slightly grainy consistency in a jar instead of a liquid.
For oily hair
The cleansing is done by a mild sugar-based surfactant. It lathers less spectacularly than sulphate surfactants, but your hair doesn't feel squeaky afterwards.
The scent is fresh and citrusy.
How to use it
Wet your hair thoroughly, gently massage a small amount from the jar into your scalp and leave it on for a few minutes. Then rinse thoroughly. For more lather, wet your hair again and keep massaging in the shampoo.
Handmade
Every batch is made in small quantities in my studio in Trostberg. Available in 1 size.

Deliberately in. Deliberately left out.
Shampoo for quickly oily hair doesn't have to be harsh. That's why Lemon Sea Salt relies on a mild sugar-based surfactant, combined with sea salt, sea water and four hydrosols. The fresh scent comes from lemongrass and cardamom essential oil.
How it's often done
- Water as the base Many shampoos are made up largely of water as the carrier of the formula.
- Surfactants do the cleansing They dissolve dirt, sebum and residues. How gently they cleanse depends on their choice and dosage.
- Care is added on top Conditioning agents, oils or plant extracts are added depending on the formula.
- Scent is built up separately The scent often comes from a parfum or a separate fragrance composition.
Why we do it differently
- A mild sugar-based surfactant The cleansing is done by Coco-Glucoside, a mild sugar-based surfactant.
- Sea salt and sea water right at the front Coarse sea salt and sea water come first in the formula.
- Four hydrosols in the formula Pine needle, neroli, tea tree and lemon balm add plant waters to the base.
- Scent from essential oils Lemongrass and cardamom give the shampoo its clear, fresh scent.
