About the product
Good to know
The day-at-the-sea effect
Salt spray doesn't do what gel does. It doesn't hold stiffly. It gives hair grip, so it can be shaped and then keeps that shape.
How to use it
Shake well before use. Spray onto dry or slightly damp hair and shape with your hands. For more texture, you can lightly scrunch it in.
Made by hand
In small batches in my studio in Trostberg.

Deliberately in. Deliberately left out.
Texture in your hair doesn't need a firm hold. In our Sea Spray, sea water and fine sea salt form the core, complemented by two organic hydrosols. The scent comes from grapefruit and rose essential oil.
How it's often done
- Water base with salt In many salt sprays, water forms the base in which sea salt or other salts are dissolved.
- Salt for texture Sea salt or another salt often gives hair its grip.
- Other styling ingredients Depending on the formulation, film formers, caring ingredients or other auxiliary ingredients are added.
- Scent as a blend The scent is often built from a fragrance blend that appears in the list as ‘Parfum’.
Why we do it differently
- Sea water and fine sea salt Both give hair texture and grip, without firm hold.
- Two organic hydrosols Neroli and geranium complement the sea water as organic plant waters.
- Plant-based, palm-oil-free glycerin The glycerin in the formula is plant-based and palm-oil-free.
- Scent from grapefruit and rose Grapefruit essential oil and rose oil in jojoba oil give the spray its note.
What's in it instead
-
Sea water
- Fine sea salt
-
Neroli hydrosol
-
Geranium hydrosol

The difference isn't in the promise. It's in the formula.
