Sometimes you only notice how tense the day was when you sit down. Massage Oil Active is made for these moments: a few drops, calm hands, a little time.
What's in it and why
Almond oil is the base. It's mild, spreads easily and leaves skin supple.
St John's wort oil is added because it gives the oil its warm, slightly reddish colour and a herbal character.
Lavender, peppermint and eucalyptus make the scent. Fresh and clear, not sweet.
Wintergreen is the spicy top note.
How to use it
Warm a few drops in your hands, then massage in with calm, even pressure. Take your time.
An important note
The oil contains St John's wort oil. St John's wort can make the skin more sensitive to light. So use it in the evening or on areas that stay covered, and avoid direct sun or sunbeds afterwards.

Every batch is made in my studio in Trostberg, in small quantities. I blend the oils myself and fill them myself.

What it is: Oily plant extract of St John's wort.
For your skin: Cares for stressed and dry skin and is used in soothing care formulas. Important: St John's wort can make the skin more sensitive to light. After applying, avoid direct sun and sunbeds on the areas where it was applied.

A massage oil should spread easily and smell pleasant. That's why we combine organic almond oil and organic St John's wort oil with four essential oils, with no added water. Every ingredient has its fixed place in the formula.
How it's often done
- Plant oil as the base Many massage oils consist mainly of one or more plant oils as the carrier.
- Other oils as additions Depending on the formula, additional oils or plant extracts are used.
- Auxiliary ingredients as needed Antioxidants or other stabilisers are often added to make the oil last longer.
- Scent as a separate component The scent often comes from a fragrance blend that is grouped together in the list as ‘Parfum’.
Why we do it differently
- Organic almond oil as the base Organic almond oil comes first and makes the oil spread easily.
- Organic St John's wort oil As the second plant oil, St John's wort oil complements the almond oil in the base.
- Four essential oils for the scent Eucalyptus, peppermint, lavender and wintergreen are each named individually in the list.
- No added water The formula is made of oils and plant-based vitamin E, with no added water.
