About the product
Good to know
For the spots that really need it
Heels and the balls of your feet carry your weight all day. That's where the skin gets thicker and rougher than on the rest of the foot.
What's in it
Organic coconut oil and organic raw cane sugar as the base, spinach powder for the green colour, spruce needle and spearmint oil for the scent. Five ingredients, and unlike the body scrubs, this one contains no honey, so it is vegan.
How to use it
In the shower, rub the scrub into your feet, especially on heels and balls, leave on briefly and rinse off with lukewarm water. Alternatively, take a lukewarm foot bath beforehand, for example with the Foot Bath Salt Green Magic, to soften the skin. Then apply the foot care balm.
Two to three times a week.
Made by hand
In small batches in my studio in Trostberg.

Deliberately in. Deliberately left out.
Rough patches on heels and balls of the feet don't need a complicated product. For Green Dream, we combined organic coconut oil and organic raw cane sugar, coloured with spinach powder and rounded off with spruce needle and spearmint.
How it's often done
- Exfoliating particles in a base In many foot scrubs, the exfoliating particles are embedded in a cream, gel or oil base.
- Additives for texture Depending on the formula, emulsifiers, thickeners or preservatives provide texture and shelf life.
- Colour depending on the formula Added colourants are often used for a particular colour.
- Scent depending on the formula The scent is often built with perfume oils or fragrance blends.
Why we do it differently
- Coconut oil as the base Organic virgin coconut oil carries the formula and cares for rough patches while you exfoliate.
- Raw cane sugar as the exfoliant Organic raw cane sugar exfoliates heels and balls of the feet and gradually dissolves with water.
- Green from spinach powder The green colour of the scrub comes from real spinach powder in the formula.
- Scent of spruce needle and spearmint Two essential oils give the scrub its fresh, woodland scent.
What's in it instead
- Organic virgin coconut oil
- Organic raw cane sugar
-
Spinach powder
- Spruce needle essential oil
- Spearmint essential oil
The difference isn't in the promise. It's in the formula.
