Application

Pour the cold bath salt into the full bath tub. The recommended duration of the bath is 10-15 minutes at an optimal bath temperature of 35°-38° Celsius. A cold bath should be carried out max. 1 time a day. The content of 250ml is intended for 2-4 applications, depending on the capacity of your bathtub.
After the bath, shower your skin with clean water.

Sodium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, Spinacia Oleracea Powder, Spirulina Platensis Powder, Melaleuca Leucadendron Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Limonene*.
*natural component of essential oils

Ingredients:

Coarse Alpine salt, baking soda, jojoba oil virgin organic, spinach powder, spirulina powder, cajeput essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil.

Our tip

♥ Use a drain strainer when draining water to catch the peppermint leaves.
♥ After the bath, cover yourself with a blanket and allow yourself about 30 minutes of rest to intensify the relaxing effect.

♥ For children and pregnant women, as well as sensitive skin please dose carefully!
